All booking requests submitted through StarReach are treated as requests and are NOT guaranteed until formally approved by our team and the relevant celebrity representation. Submission of a request does not constitute a confirmed booking.
StarReach only lists celebrities, public figures, and talent who are authorized, represented, or have provided explicit consent to appear on our platform. We do not list individuals without proper authorization.
Payments on StarReach are made via cryptocurrency. Payment instructions are provided only after a booking or fan card order has been approved. Do not send payment before receiving approval confirmation.
Fan card memberships provide access to specified benefits as listed on each celebrity profile. Benefits are subject to availability and may be updated by the celebrity or their representatives at any time.
Users must not submit false information, attempt to book celebrities for illegal purposes, or engage in fraudulent activity on the platform. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension.
All content on StarReach including images, text, and design elements is the property of StarReach or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
StarReach acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for any damages arising from cancelled bookings, changes in celebrity availability, or issues arising from cryptocurrency transactions.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before proceeding to formal legal action.
